Head of Product Management, Fitbit Health Solutions by Google

As a Product Lead at Google, Aleksandro is focusing on Health Solutions bringing best of Google’s health across products and services portfolio including Pixel and Fitbit Wearables. Aleksandro leads the team working with global health partners, health plans and health systems to design solutions and programs with actionable insights to optimize user engagement, support behavior change and preventive health to drive positive impact on health outcomes. These solutions incorporate health sensors and algorithms, APIs, population management platforms, predictive machine learning models and the latest AI and LLM.

Previously, Aleksandro was a Product and Business/Venture Leader at Philips where he led global product management teams launching a series of products in Consumer Health Solutions space including hardware, software, health sensors, behavior change and condition management for Oral Care, Maternal Health and Cardio. He led global partnership development and roll-out of B2B2C Health Solutions with major health plans, large national payers, health systems and government across US and EU.
