NASHVILLE, Nov. 22, 2019 – emids Founder and CEO Saurabh Sinha has been recognized in the local Nashville community for being named one of Nashville Business Journal’s (NBJ) Most Admired CEOs.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Nashville, TN, emids partners with its clients in their digital transformation journey. Under Sinha’s 20 years of leadership, emids has grown to partner with health technology companies, payers, providers and life science firms to accelerate the adoption of next-generation digital technologies and manage an increasingly complex data ecosystem to drive high quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare. Most recently, emids partnered with and received investment from New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm with over $20 billion in assets under management, setting the stage to accelerate growth.
“I sincerely thank the Nashville Business Journal for this esteemed honor,” says Sinha. “We have an exceptional leadership team at emids, and it is a pleasure working closely with my leaders to make our customers successful. It is also a privilege to witness emids’ continued growth in Nashville, and the entire healthcare IT industry.”
emids was previously selected by NBJ as an honoree for both their 2019 and 2018 Fast 50 Awards, an honor recognizing the fastest growing private companies each year in Middle Tennessee. Sinha has also received individual honors in the Top Leader Category as one of the NBJ’s 2019 Class of Health Care Awards winners and as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2018 Award Finalist in the Southeast region. Gaurav Agarwal, emids CFO, was also selected as a finalist for the NBJ’s 2018 CFO Awards.
NBJ’s 8th annual Most Admired CEOs and Their Companies Awards event recognized Nashville leaders who continually inspire those around them for the way they lead, conduct business and impact the community.
