Cari Lewis

Director, Clinical Systems, Pediatrix

Cari has over 15 years combined experience in IT Healthcare and Financial Operations serving in both the public and private sector. At Pediatrix Medical Group, a national physician management organization, she oversees hospital based clinical systems supporting women and children’s services. Her portfolio consists of applications in traditional development, low code, and vendor products that support documentation and clinical care at over 900 hospitals nationwide. Formerly, Cari served at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a world class science center funded by Department of Energy and managed by UC Berkeley, where she oversaw a broad variety of technological projects appropriated by Congress to innovate and support Discovery Science. Cari’s favorite aspect of her career has been navigating the space between business value delivery and how technology helps to accelerate outcomes. Cari lives with her husband and two sons in Boca Raton, Florida. In her free time, she breeds Golden Retrievers and enjoys traveling the world.
